Conservatory construction, Matlock, Derbyshire
This award-winning project involved the construction of a stone ‘conservatory’ on a cottage in Matlock. Access was a big problem during this project, as there was no way of getting skips or machinery round to the site. Everything had to be taken to and from the site using wheel barrows; however the end result made the arduous task worthwhile. The client was delighted with the result, and we were awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Federation of Master Builders.
